Rick this was an incredible interview. I heard your pain and suffering through reliving your nightmare on February 9,2017. I’d never heard it from your words. Painful. Thanks for being so brave. You and your family ARE making a difference and can I just say …..man do I miss Jamie. Your description of him brought him back to life. I could even hear his voice talking and his body kinda moving as you put down your book, once again, to listen. You are all so brave to share these intimate moments with the world. Love y’all. Amy
I’ve always told you what a marvelous communicator you are old friend. This podcast interview, crushed it. My God. Even I so wish I could pull up to your driveway and know Jamie was visiting, cooking up a storm, shining his light on everyone. Love you. -s
Amazing, heart-wrenching, courageous testimony, Rick. Hopefully it will help another family avoid this tragedy. You and the family have done an incredible job helping us remember the wonderful young man Jamie was, and by extending his legacy through your projects. Love to all.
Wow Rick. This podcast about your journey through the last days of Jamie’s and your alls’ lives was so real and so clear. I could imagine him joining you on the porch to chat and then you putting your book down to listen as you realize you will not be getting back to that book. Also cannot imagine that difficult phone call you had to make- and she had to receive after he had died. Love you all and your willingness to share your story in hopes of helping others. LOVE Abby
